The Coast

If you haven't been to the Oregon Coast, you should go. It's beautiful! I'm here with Mom for a few days, and we're exploring the stretch from Newport to Lincoln City. This area has some of the most gorgeous beaches. I took a lot of pictures.

It was a little overcast in the morning when we went to Yaquina Head.
It cleared up later in the day. The gulls seemed happy.

For some people, the Oregon Coast can also be a very romantic place.
Mom and I stopped at several of the overlooks, poked around a few antique shops, had lunch in Lincoln City, and on the way home we found some Rainier Cherries. I like those!

    Love love love the Oregon Coast. Have you been to Nye Beach yet? one of my favs!!

      Nye Beach is where we're staying. What a coincidence! We're renting one of the new condos about a half a block from April's. I think the condos are called The Arches. Very nice here.
